MISSION STATEMENT:  Global Methodist Women’s Mission is to EMPOWER and ENCOURAGE women in local churches to do transformative ministries, to EMBODY Scriptural holiness and to EXPERIENCE the presence of the Holy Spirit.

The Global Methodist Women of First Methodist Church of Leonard meet on the first Wednesday of the month, except July and August, at 6:30 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall of the church. A light meal is served by hostesses. Following the meal, a brief business meeting is held and a program is presented. 

Members of GMW cultivate their spirituality with Christ through the following:

•  Fall and Spring Women’s Bible Studies

•  Reading Program

•  Participation in Class Meetings

•  Attending gathering events, Anew

•  Feast Virtual Events

•  Mission and service.

All women are encouraged to connect with your Sisters-in-Christ, to fellowship, have fun and enjoy each other as we grow in our relationship with Christ.
